I'm an instructional / Learning designer with a background in education and a practice built at the intersection of pedagogy, technology, and organisational impact. Currently leading a nine-module enterprise onboarding program at Sirius College — designed from scratch, built in-house, and delivered across five directorates.

Staff Onboarding Program - Sirius College
Sirius College, a thriving multi-campus school serving thousands of students across six campuses in Victoria, was ready to take its staff onboarding experience to the next level. With a growing team and an ambitious vision for consistency and excellence across all campuses, the college identified an opportunity to build a unified, digital onboarding program that every new staff member could access from day one, regardless of which campus they joined.
The brief was to design and develop a comprehensive, enterprise-scale eLearning solution from scratch — nine modules spanning all college directorates, built to the same high standard across compliance, child safety, pedagogy, and college culture, and to deliver it within an active school year.
Needs analysis and stakeholder mapping
Conducted interviews across five directorates to identify content priorities, compliance requirements, and learner needs.
Design and storyboarding
Structured nine modules using ADDIE and UDL principles. Built storyboards in Miro before any authoring began.
Development in Rise 360 and Storyline 360
Built interactive content, branching scenarios for child safety and student support, and a completion certificate.
Video production via HeyGen
Scripted and produced AI-generated video introductions for each module using an approved executive presenter avatar.
Stakeholder review via Review 360
Managed a structured co-design review process with five directors across a two-week review window.
This project confirmed that instructional design at enterprise scale is fundamentally a stakeholder management challenge as much as a design one. Navigating five directorates with different priorities, while maintaining design coherence and meeting a go-live deadline, required as much communication skill as technical skill. It's the project I'm most proud of, and the one that most clearly bridges my teaching background with professional L&D practice.
