CreatiBot is a voice- and text-based AI chatbot I developed to guide students who are curious about creative career paths but don’t have access to personalized support. The idea emerged from my passion for empowering students through design thinking, and my observation that many learners are interested in digital art, animation, fashion, or design — but feel overwhelmed or uncertain about how to pursue those interests.
The goal was to create a conversational, friendly tool that could simulate a one-on-one guidance experience — helping students explore options, reflect on their strengths, and get inspired.
Personal Motivation: I’m passionate about helping students tap into their creativity and feel confident about non-traditional or artistic career paths.
The Problem: Students often lack role models or structured advice in the creative industries, especially in school systems focused on academic routes.
My Goal: Build an engaging, AI-powered chatbot that speaks their language — accessible, encouraging, and exploratory — and nudges them toward purposeful learning and future planning.
Used Voiceflow to design and prototype the full conversation flow
Created dialogue that mimics motivational coaching and career inquiry
Integrated branching questions based on user interests (e.g., fashion, architecture, animation)
Added reflection prompts and resource suggestions in the chat design
Designed a user-friendly conversation interface with logical progression and clear tone
Tools: Voiceflow (bot builder), Canva (branding), Miro (flowchart planning), Google Docs (scripting)

Designing CreatiBot in Voiceflow gave me the opportunity to build something learner-centered, practical, and future-facing. It strengthened my skills in UX design, AI-driven conversation logic, and personalization for learners. More importantly, it gave me a new way to use technology to help students feel seen, supported, and inspired — something I hope to keep building on in future projects.
